RADIANT HEATING PANELS
Introduction: the under-floor heating system uses low- temperature water flowing in a network of pipes sunk into the floor slab. The tubes are made of a cross-linked polyethylene with characteristics that remain unchanged over time. The diffusion of heat into the room occurs mainly by radiation, a solution that increases the feeling of comfort and reduces energy consumption.

Description of the heating system:
• Panel in polystyrene foam molded in waterproof closed cells covered with plastic film to protect from humidity and for greater resistance to treading. |
|
• High density polyethylene pipe grid in its mass by electrophysics with oxygen barrier.
• Collectors series "TOP CONTROL" in brass for the distribution of the pipes in the rooms, equipped with flow meters and temperature, selfcleaning for single circuit, initial connections with small wells and return thermometers [0-60°C]; complete with interception valves, micrometric holders with room identificators, vent exhaust system with hose and ball caps, offset brackets with vibration dampers for installment in cabinet or wall mounting. |
|
• Perimeter frame with function of absorbing the expansion of the floor and thermal-acoustic insulation of the walls. Made of polyethylene foam with 100% closed cell structure, with a selfadhesive strip on one side and a laminated polyethylene sheet to prevent leakage of mortar between frame and panel.
• Cabinet for collector series SLIM in zinc-coated metal sheet, 8 cm. thick, protective cover for plaster, metal subframe and powder-painted white metal door and safety key. |
