The luxurious residential complex 'Le Ville del Sole' is located in Roncaccio, a hilly green area of the town of Bee (distant only 5 kilometers from Verbania), and has magnificent views of Lake Maggiore, the Borromeo Islands and the surrounding Alps.

Two specific building technologies have been used to enhance the complex: the sleeping area is made of bricks, concrete and cement mortar and has an exterior coating of natural stone particles.
The living area on the first floor is made with the most advanced techniques of pre-assembled insulation, which makes extensive use of natural wood, ensuring a far higher degree of thermal insulation than the values required by applicable laws and resulting in significant energy savings.
